Access, Age, and Prohibited Items

• Access is only permitted for individuals aged 21 or older. Identification is required.

• Possessing, using, trading, or carrying drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items is strictly prohibited.

• Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied access to the premises.

• It is not allowed to stand outside at the entrance (talking), waiting, and/or smoking.

• Loud shouting or playing loud music is not allowed inside the premises. Please always be considerate of others and the environment.

Hygiene

• It is not allowed to enter the studios with outdoor shoes. Guests are requested to remove their shoes before entering the studios.

• There are washing facilities in each workspace/studio, should you wish to wash yourself or if you are asked to do so.

• Please disinfect your hands upon entering and leaving the premises, as well as after every use of the restroom. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the premises.

Safety

• Show respect for the choices and boundaries of our service providers. Ignoring their wishes or pressuring them is not allowed and is punishable.

• We expect all individuals, including guests, tenants, and staff within REGÊNT!, to behave respectfully and discreetly, ensure each other’s safety,

and avoid aggression or any unwanted behavior.

• Our service providers have the right to refuse any guest at any time or stop their services without explanation.

• Only safe sex/sexual acts are permitted within REGÊNT!.

• Sufficient protective equipment is always available at the facility, all meeting the legally required quality standards. The use of other protective equipment is not allowed unless it is demonstrably compliant with legal requirements.

• It is strictly forbidden to force our service providers to consume alcoholic beverages and/or use soft and/or hard drugs.

• Always keep emergency exits clear and respect the indicated escape routes.

• Ensure each other's safety and well-being in case of an emergency and follow the staff’s instructions.

• Immediately report any suspicious or unsafe situations to the staff.

Discretion

• Respect the privacy of all visitors to REGÊNT!. It is strictly prohibited to share or discuss information about other guests inside or outside REGÊNT!.

• Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be kept on silent at all times and must not make noise within the studios to maintain the discretion of others.

• Avoid loud conversations or behavior that might attract the attention of others outside our studios.

• Use discreet communication methods when making appointments and discussing sensitive information, such as email or in-person meetings.

• Ensure that any guests you accompany are also aware of our discretion rules and ask them to respect them.

• Leave the studios discreetly to maintain the privacy of other guests and avoid unnecessary attention.

• Any information you acquire during your visit to REGÊNT!, including personal conversations and experiences, must remain confidential and

not be shared with others without permission.

Equality Principle and Anti-Racism

• REGÊNT! takes the principle of equal treatment very seriously. Racism, discrimination, or any form of unequal treatment based on race,

color, origin, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Miscellaneous

• The location is equipped with CCTV and an alarm system for emergencies.

• A legal smoking ban applies throughout the premises.

• Taking photos and/or videos is not allowed.

• Everyone must strictly follow the instructions of the manager, service provider, or other authorized personnel at REGÊNT!.

• In the event of serious violations of these rules or criminal offenses, a report/complaint will, in principle, always be made to the police.

• REGÊNT! is not liable for damaged and/or lost property. Lockers are available on the premises. Please make use of them at all times.

• We always ask about your health condition prior to each visit to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

• All sessions are conducted on a voluntary basis. In principle, REGÊNT! is not liable for any damage or injury.

• Our sessions are always conducted by qualified professionals who know how to guide you well and can provide aftercare if necessary.

Our management staff are all certified in first aid/emergency response.

• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in removal from the premises and a ban on entry.

• Anyone entering the premises is deemed to be familiar with and have agreed to these house rules.
